Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on RVs and marine vehicles.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in our climate-controlled service shop.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an RV or marine technician preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
