Our Shop Foreman role is the best in the industry!
Paid on total shop production, not on individual production.

As a shop foreman your duties will include:
- Developing and training technicians to help them be productive.
- Working with management and owners to improve processes for higher efficiencies.
- Supporting ASE certifications with all technicians in the shop.
- Developing your leadership and training skills.
- Helping to maintain equipment.
- Diagnosing difficult problems and helping other technicians solve problems.
- Ensuring the back shop reaches a high level of productivity.
Our Foreman program is designed to help the industry develop technicians so that we can have a higher retention rate of individuals in the industry. This helps the young technicians develop their skills and see success quickly. Helps the valuable seasoned technicians stay engaged in the industry. Lowering the stress on their bodies while sharing their valuable experience and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Clean Driving Record
- ASE Certifications or equivalent
- Good employment track record (Not someone who changes their job every year)
- Good team player
- Track record of success
- Fully equipped toolbox
- Good diagnostic skills with the ability to use advanced testing equipment
