P&M Caseworks LLC is growing and we are looking to expand our team. We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
PAINT AND STAIN TECHNICIANS-WOODWORKERS- SPRAY ROOM
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience with emphasis on paint/stain and lacquer applications on wood.
Working knowledge of spray rigs and basic application requirements and maintenance techniques.
Basic knowledge of fabrication methods of cabinetry and countertops a plus!
Pay based on experience.
OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS for ALL POSITIONS:
Must have own set of basic hand tools
Knowledge of AWI standards a plus. Will train.
The ability to read construction plans and drawings (Entry level will train)
Have a strong quality-related work ethic to minimize rework.
Keep work area and tools organized and clean.
Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking.
Smart phone for timecard documentation.
Work with a safety-oriented mindset.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check.s
Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds.
A valid NM driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
JOB TYPE: Full time
Holiday pay-6 days per year.
Personal Time off pay.
Work hours 7:00am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime requirements.
