Hello my name is Josh C. Owner of Next Level Paint & Repair (NLP&R). My small company has grown in the last few months to where I get to many leads and jobs to fulfill with me and my crew. My jobs range from stucco repair jobs, drywall repair jobs, interior painting, exterior painting, gutter repair and replacement, minor concrete work, minor carpentry work, ETC.
I am looking for experienced guys that can handle the tasks at hand, finish the jobs flawlessly, and are very professional with customers. A subcontractor that is willing to be a partner with me and represent my brand the right way so we can all grow and make more money.
Most of the jobs you will be doing will be stucco repair, drywall repair, and a lot of painting. If you can do that plus more handyman type of stuff your skills are much needed and we look forward to doing business with you.
Requirements:
-All subs will need to have their own tools and transportation.
-All subs will need the skillset to patch and repair flawlessly.
-All subs will need to be able to match paint colors and blend walls flawlessly.
-All subs will have to sign a W9 before any work can begin.
-I will need to see before and after pictures of work completed.
How you get paid:
I will pay for material on each job. I will also pay by check upon completion of each job. You will be in charge of budgeting the material money and trying to save on materials. I use this method with all of my other subs.
