Description:

Greenstein & Company is embarking on a comprehensive project to highlight the agricultural practices within the Navajo Nation through visually engaging content and a compelling website. Our aim is to document the unique farming techniques, the challenges faced by local farmers, and their triumphs in agriculture, fostering appreciation and understanding through compelling storytelling and digital experiences.

Position: Multimedia Content Creator, Website Designer, and Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead the production of videos focusing on agriculture in the Navajo Nation, including events, interviews, and day-to-day activities. This role involves extensive driving around rural areas of Arizona and New Mexico.

- Collaborate to brainstorm and execute content ideas from start to finish, ensuring respectful representation of the community's culture and traditions.

- Design and develop a dynamic website that showcases the rich cultural heritage and agricultural practices of the Navajo Nation.

- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligns with project goals.

- Manage and produce content for social media platforms to enhance audience engagement and outreach.

- Oversee and mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven skills and experience in videography, video editing, website design, and social media management.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating a knack for storytelling and multimedia content creation.

- Genuine interest or background in Navajo culture and agriculture.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive extensively in rural Arizona and New Mexico, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.

- Preference for individuals with a personal connection to Native American cultures.

- Proficiency in social media marketing is essential.

Details:

- Full-time position with standard work hours. Extensive driving required in rural areas of Arizona and New Mexico.

- The role is not remote; however, occasional remote work may be possible.

- Competitive salary based on experience and skills, ranging from $70,000 to $300,000, plus a bonus for closed sales. Car payment covered and travel expenses reimbursed.
