Our Store Trading support team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create exceptional retail customer experiences and exceed sales and services targets. Your key focus in this role will be to deliver expert customer-led in store category execution and support within one of our key categories for the business - Apparel.  Quick snapshot of the role: Developing and driving Trading initiatives to drive sales and profit Developing plans for the effective execution of all promotional, event, seasonal launches, product and space related initiatives  Creating and implementing new policies and procedures Managing and acting on all store queries and support Liaise with the relevant merch areas and stores to agree how the apparel vision can best be brought to life in our stores across all formats  Provide store VM and layout training and reset work  Weekly store visits
