Qualifications:
- Experience in the milk transport industry preferred
- Proficient with computers, and able to learn company software
- Ability to multitask: answer driver questions/send dispatches and, answer emails/phone
- Communicate with leadership to resolve dispatch challenges
- Ensure friendly and efficient service to Drivers and Customers
- Collaborative spirit
