Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a private home and several short-term rental properties in the Hesperus area. This is a hands-on position requiring strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Change and launder bedding, towels, and linens
Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed
Restock supplies (toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials)
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Deep clean appliances, cabinets, and furniture as required
Take out trash and recycling
Check for maintenance issues and report promptly
Prepare rental properties for guest arrivals
Follow cleaning checklists for consistent quality
Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply needs
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from properties in Hesperus, CO
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Flexible schedule – must be able to work weekends for rental turnovers
Must pass a background check
