We are in search of someone who can meet the following requirements:
ïClean background
ïClean driver's license
ïHas truck
ïHas tools
ïHas camera
ïHas internet
ïCan perform property maintenance and repairs
ïCan work independently
ïCan meet timelines
ïIs available some nights and weekends
ïIs willing to travel within a 50 mile radius 1 way
WE HAVE ORDERS AVAILABLE NOW
We need someone that can do the following
Occupancy inspections, lock install/change, clean out and hauling, maid/janitorial, grass cuts/weed removal/tree shrub trimming, winterizations and more
You will also do bids for example: dead tree removal, fence repair, carpet removal and more. (We do not discount your bids)
