Family Service Counselor â Funeral Home and Cemetery Sales

We are committed to providing education to families so they can make advanced funeral arrangements for themselves or their loved ones in order to avoid the emotional heartache it causes at the time of need. We are ultimately looking for a motivated, experienced and committed individual that is willing to grow with our company as we do.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking a Motivated, Outgoing, Positive and Focused, Sales associate that can convey the benefits of preneed Cemetery and Funeral Home arrangements which would include sales and marketing of cemetery property, markers/monuments as well as other products and services that are associated with preneed arrangements.
Our Ideal candidate will have prior In-home Sales experience or be able to demonstrate success in a sales field of a similar manner. He or she should be willing and able to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist families with their needs.
A New Mexico Life Insurance License will be required within 90 days of hire. If you already have a New Mexico Life Insurance License, this is a plus. If you do not, we will help you obtain one, but this position requires this license.
General Responsibilities:
A typical day might entail business development [prospecting, marketing, setting appointments] and meeting with families to discuss options that best meet their wishes. The candidate must be self motivated, possess exceptional communication skills, strong selling abilities and good organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Commission + Bonus + Hourly Pay for On-Duty Time
