Election Observers are neutral watchers at polling sites during in-person early voting (starting 10/8/24) and on Election Day (11/5/24).
Election Observers collect data using a standardized set of questions about the election process. Election Observers must be registered voters in the NM county in which they will be observing. Observers receive a flat fee for election observation activities and in-person trainings.
