Looking for Full-Time Head Sawyer to run a 56 “ Circular Head Saw for a small softwood mill in Colorado. Must be an experienced sawyer familiar with computerized setworks and vertical edger. This position also performs saw sharpening, maintenance, and routine carriage upkeep. Experience with general mill troubleshooting a plus. Work with a crew from 4 – 6 people. Ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Come live in the mountains of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, situated in the heart of the San Juan Mountain Range with over 300 days of sun per year and nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area.
