We’re looking for a user-centered designer who can lead by example and contribute towards standardizing processes and bring continuous improvement to the design process.
The ideal candidate has an extensive portfolio, which demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective UX solutions.
Lead customer advocacy and users’ needs.
Actively identify problems and take the lead in creating solutions.
Collaborate across BlueOptima to prioritize features based on user discoveries.
Review implementation and stylistic bugs.
Perform UX research to gather data, identify patterns and adapt.
Provide guidelines to the team in regards to content creation and design frameworks.
Design and document UI solutions.
Set up knowledge-sharing processes that promote collaboration and training (i.e. Facilitate brainstorm meetings, run workshops).
UX strategy: alignment, key goals, problem-solving.
UX creation: sitemaps, personas, content audits, content structures, solutions wireframes.
Qualitative and quantitative research methods; creating testing guides and questionnaires.
In-depth understanding of GA structure and the relevance of the reports.
Figma, XD or similar tools.
Confident working with Design systems.
