Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications, enhancing our brand visibility, and ensuring effective messaging. You will work closely with the marketing, PR, and leadership teams to drive communication efforts across various platforms and initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other written content.Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all communication channels.Coordinate events, presentations, and press interactions.Maintain relationships with media contacts and industry partners.Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.Assist in the creation of communication materials such as brochures, reports, and presentations.Manage communication workflows and ensure timely delivery of content.
