On-site Resident Management Couple. This job is for a live-in two person team. Sole or lone applicants will not be considered. Responsible for the day to day operation of a large self storage facility. Duties include leasing of units, selling of supplies, following the New Mexico Storage Lien Law, maintaining appearance and cleanliness of units and premises and Marketing of the Facility in addition to other duties as required. A positive and friendly attitude, computer and office skills as well as hand or maintenance skills are a plus. Friendly and courteous phone skills are a necessity. This is a great opportunity for a couple that likes to work together. The job is for a resident Management Couple and part of the compensation include use of large apartment with all utilities (Refrigerated Air, cable tv, electric, water, gas) paid.
