Seeking Female Caregiver for a 44y/o Disabled Transgender Woman
My name is Lydia Franco and I am a 44y/o Transgender Woman with complex disabilities. I have trouble walking, I am immuno-compromised, and I am autistic and self-isolated, and I suffer from Complex Trauma. I receive paid caregiver services from my insurance that I can assign to anybody I choose to be my Caregiver. Once I inform my Care Coordinator that I have chosen someone to be my Caregiver my insurance coordinator will find a Caregiver Agency here in Anthony, NM and that agency will be required to hire you. You will have to pass a criminal background check. You will also have to participate in job onboarding including employee training. The average Caregiver Pay in Anthony, NM is $14/hr and this job is for 32hrs a week; around 4hrs to 5hrs daily. Scheduling is flexible and adjustable to meet your needs and my preferences. We can negotiate the schedule as we go along.
I do not know the company policies of the local careguvee agencies regarding employee benefits, paid time off, or any other specifics. However, there will be some standard accommodatiins that come with being hired on by the agency. For example, if you cannot be here or need a day off, the agency will send someone to sub for you. After you are onboarded and go through training you will visit me daily and the agency will manage your time sheet and paychecks.
I am seeking a female caregiver, someone who is LGBTQ or familiar with LGBTQ people and loves them. Someone compassionate and kind who understands my need for support and companionship.

Sweeping Bedroom (Daily)
Mopping Bedroom (Twice Weekly)
Making the Bed (Daily)
Tidy up Bedroom (Daily)
Clean Bathroom (Daily)
Throw Trash (Twice Weekly)
Laundry (Once Weekly)
Lunch or Snack Prep (Daily)
Blood Sugar Reminder (Daily)
Medication Reminder (Daily)
Daily Hygiene Reminder (Daily)
Emotional Support Check-in (Daily)
Rides to Appointments (As Needed; gas and mileage are reimbursed Medicaid)
Rides to Walgreens Pharmacy (Once or Twice Weekly)
Rides for Outings, Shopping, Food, Hair Salon, ETC (Ocassionally)
Physical Therapy Assistance: Stretching (Daily)
Physical Therapy Assistance: Walks (Daily)
General: Learning Medical Diagnosis and Doctor's Orders
General: Knowing my Schedule of Doctor's Appointments
General: Running Basic Errands without me (Groceries, Pharmacy, Etc)
General: Encouraging Activities that promote well being (Video Games, Music, Journaling, Singing Karaoke, Creative Writing, Coloring, Meditation, Listening to Music, Exercising).
NOTE: Regarding personal bathroom and toileting needs, I will manage all of these and any related hygiene needs on my own. If I fall while in the bathroom, during a shower or for any other reason I will call for you. I may need help. In the event of a serious fall you would call 911.
