Looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help change Airbnbs over, clean homes to get ready to sell, occasional minor repairs, house painting, laundry, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are looking for full or part time person. Change overs happen 7 days a week, so there may be times when you don’t work all day but must be able to work weekends and/or holidays. Starting at 14 per hour with opportunity to make more depending on experience and how well you train. Ability to do everything listed is not required to apply, but is a bonus. Must have a smart phone and your own transportation. These are nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok.
