Position: Apartment Landscaper
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Full-time, with potential of temp to hire.
Compensation: Starts at $14.00 per hour

KT|Black Services is currently seeking a talented and hardworking landscaper to join our team and help create an inviting, well-manicured outdoor space for our clients' residents.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and planting.
Maintain flowerbeds, trees, shrubs, and lawns to enhance curb appeal.
Apply mulch, fertilizer, and pest control treatments as needed.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
Remove debris, manage irrigation systems, and ensure proper watering schedules.
Collaborate with the property management team to address specific landscaping needs or projects.
Monitor and report any landscaping or outdoor property issues.
Qualifications
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping tools.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license (if travel between properties is required).
Must have a clean background.
