For small custom-landscaped yard. Responsibilities include: Yard upkeep - including hand pulling weeds from graveled landscape; yard vacuuming (no blowers!) of leaves and other yard debris; trimming trees, shrubs, plants; seasonal fertilizing; mowing small lawn circles. Also maintenance of drip system and soft water system; cleaning building exterior, rock wall fences; vacuuming garage. Equipment and tools provided. Pay based on experience, skills, work ethic. Must be reliable, self-directed, self-motivated. Must speak, read, and write English.
