Job Title – Sales Lot Manager
Job Summary: The Sales Lot Manager will be responsible for thoroughly understanding and selling Old Hickory Sheds
Essential Functions:
Develop potential buyers
Understand features and capabilities of the products
Close sales by completing contracts, explaining terms and collecting payment
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Maintain local marketing and social media pages to support the business
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of the importance to providing a high level of customer service
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail regarding paperwork
Strong sense of professionalism
Ability to deal with all types of people and backgrounds
Ability to work primarily independently
Education: High School or equivalent preferred
