Must be willing to relocate to southeastern New Mexico.
ESTIMATOR/PROJECT CONTROL
Duties will include but are not limited to job coordinating, submittal, review & tracking, material tracking, material ordering and will be responsible for bid takeoffs and interfacing with general contractors and suppliers. Coordinating bids from suppliers and subcontractors verifying scope/accuracy of their bids. Must be able to handle close out documents.
Coordinating with general contractors/architects and other end user clients during the bid process
Fairly busy office with good support staff.
The candidate will need to be able to be trained on an estimating program, must be computer literate and must have an electrical background. Past experience with estimating programs is beneficial.
Processing change notices and job tracking experience is also beneficial.
General construction estimating a plus
