We are seeking a reliable, hands-on husband-and-wife team to manage the day-to-day operations of our mobile home parks. This dynamic duo will be responsible for both administrative and maintenance duties to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the park. This is a live-on-site position, ideal for a couple who enjoys working together and engaging with a residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties (Partner 1 or Shared):
Collect and deposit rent, enforce park rules and lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, rent payments, and expenses.
Process applications, conduct background checks, and coordinate move-ins/outs.
Address resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Communicate regularly with ownership/management company via reports and updates.
Assist in marketing available homes/lots and showing them to potential tenants.
Maintenance Duties (Partner 2 or Shared):
Perform basic repairs and general maintenance of park infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.).
Ensure cleanliness of common areas and overall park aesthetics.
Supervise contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
Maintain utility systems and monitor for potential issues.
Enforce park safety regulations and handle emergency issues as needed.
Requirements:
Proven ability to work as a team, especially in a residential or property management setting.
Basic maintenance/handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with good computer literacy.
Ability to live on-site.
Prior property or park management experience preferred but not required.
Background check and valid driver's licenses for both partners required.
