Position: Transport Driver
Location: Silver City, New Mexico
Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM
Pay: $20 per hour

Join our dedicated team at Trauma and Recover Center, a compassionate IOP and mental health clinic committed to providing exceptional care and support for our clients. We specialize in trauma recovery and mental health services, and we're seeking a reliable Transport Driver to assist our clients in accessing our essential programs.
Role Overview:
As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for picking up clients from their homes and transporting them to our center for group sessions and other appointments. After their sessions, you will ensure they are safely returned to their locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and drop off clients in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure a supportive and sensitive environment for all clients.
Maintain punctuality and reliability in your schedule.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with our team and clients.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be comfortable driving a 15 passenger van.
Sober with the ability to provide a background check.
Trauma-informed education or experience preferred.
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients in recovery.
Excellent punctuality and organizational skills.
