Prior experience driving people as an occupation highly desired.Driver's License with clean driving record in last 5 yearsFriendly, outgoing personalityAbility to repeatedly lift over 50lbs, work outside in the elements for prolonged periods of time, and assist in the service departmentHigh school diploma or the equivalent.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Job-Specific DutiesGreet customers in the service departmentShuttle customers to and from service department as neededAnswer large volume of inbound and outbound ca l s for the Service Department Document and organize reservations of Service Department customersFile, organize, and maintain all service recordsHave the ability to multi-task and handle more than one task at a time.Assist Service Staff in moving vehicles and efficient dealership operations. Responsible for adding and maintaining key tags and window stickers on service vehicles Drives vehicles to other dealerships for 'dealer swaps' or to other vendors as requested. Pick-up or deliver customers, vehicles, or parts as requested using dealership vehicles. Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary.Answer questions about records and files. Perform misce l aneous duties in the Service DepartmentGeneral DutiesMust be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively. Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business.
