You bring the passion and desire and we’ll provide the rest!As the Sales Manager you will:Provide exceptional leadership and manage and grow an effective sales teamExceed key profitability, sales volume and customer service metrics as outlined by the General Sales ManagerActively assist product advisors with closing transactionsBe responsible for hiring ‘A’ player Product Advisors to fill out the sales teamPerform daily one-on-one meetings with Product AdvisorsHold weekly sales training sessions with Product AdvisorsHold monthly performance review and goal setting sessions with Product AdvisorsPerform live coaching with Product AdvisorsAnalyze traffic numbers to look for key opportunities in improving sales processAnalyze lease and finance portfolio database as well as service customer database to look for sales opportunitiesMaintain strong knowledge of entire Toyota lineup as well as current manufacturer programs
