The Massage Therapist serves as a trusted wellness professional, guiding guests through treatments, aftercare, and recommendations with professionalism and care.This position has an hourly compensation of $20 per hour.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform all massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and service standardsConduct thorough guest consultations to assess preferences, physical conditions, and treatment goalsCustomize pressure, technique, and flow to meet individual guest needsDeliver calm, intuitive, and results-driven massage experiencesEducate guests on treatment benefits, aftercare, and wellness recommendationsSupport VIP guests and bespoke wellness experiences as requestedMaintain consistency in treatment timing, quality, and presentationUphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and guest safetyFollow all protocols related to treatment techniques, products, and equipmentMaintain professional demeanor, discretion, and guest confidentiality at all timesPrepare, stock, and reset treatment rooms before and after each serviceMonitor product and linen usage and communicate needs to spa leadershipMaintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and back-of-house areasAssist with service recovery by addressing guest feedback professionally and promptlyWork collaboratively with spa leadership and fellow therapists to ensure smooth daily operationParticipate in ongoing training, education, and service standard updates
