Carpenter
The ideal candidate must perform quality work with attention to detail in order to meet and exceed our client’s needs. Scheduling and coordinating work activities with other trades and subcontractors while communicating schedule impacts or change orders in a timely manner is of high importance, as is working knowledge of building and erecting metal buildings including, framing, siding, and metal roofing. The candidate must also be able to complete job from foundation to finish.
Qualifications are
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenters' hand or power tools.
Metal and wood framing skills.
A high degree of maturity is required for this position and a proven track record of a minimum of 10 years’ experience in large commercial projects.
Applicants must be drug free, pass a driving history screening and criminal background check.
Incentive Package
Hourly pay ranges depending on experience.

Handy man will be responsible for odds jobs including but not limited to maintenance of rental homes.
