Responsibilities:
Respond to basic maintenance calls promptly and efficiently
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, heating, cooling, drywall, painting, groundskeeping, cleaning, and make-readies
Ensure excellent customer service for residents
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in general maintenance or related field preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable and able to work independently
