Gain a good understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, and events). Manage these campaigns from ideation through execution, including post-campaign analysis and budget management, to effectively showcase our brands and services.Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and work with our suit of agencies/freelancers to drive continuous improvements.Brief creative teams on campaign requirements, asset creation, and ongoing activities. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and guidelines by providing relevant teams with necessary information.Assist the marketing team in creating marketing plans for the food division in collaboration with global marketing experts, food business units, and cross-functional teams, including sales and product managers.Assist in coordinating marketing efforts across business units. Encourage collaboration and teamwork to optimize shared resources and work closely with the sales team to market services that combine the capabilities within the Food & Agri Commodities division.Support product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands.Assist in managing and strengthening the brand identity for all food solutions offerings and support rebranding efforts for acquisitions to ensure consistency.Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
