We are seeking an in-person Customer Service Representative with prior experience and proficient computer skills as well as excellent phone/email communication skills. With the ability to handle high volume customer interactions with your strong problem- solving and decision-making skills. Must be detailed orientated and have accurate data entry with effective time management.
Responsibilities:
Customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Follow up calls to ensure the customer is satisfied.
Order management: Manage orders, returns, and exchanges and assist with after-sales service issues and warranty claims.
Product information: Provide accurate information about products and services. Troubleshoot any technical issues.
Customer relationships: Manage ongoing customer relationships and handle queries and concerns when necessary.
Product recommendations: Let customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them.
Collaboration: Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find solutions to problems.
