Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Parking Attendant to manage vehicle flow and ensure a safe and efficient parking experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with parking
Monitor parking areas to ensure vehicles are parked properly and safely
Direct traffic flow to maximize parking space utilization
Issue parking tickets or validate parking when required
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking area
Report any suspicious activity, accidents, or damage
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or parking experience is a plus
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license (if required for the role)
Schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
