The Inn of the Governors is seeking a reliable and dedicated part-time night auditor. This is an overnight role between the hours of 10pm and 6am on Sunday and Monday nights. This position starts at two days per week but with the possibility of expanding the role in the future for the right candidate.
Core responsibilities include:
- Ability to be awake and alert for the duration of the overnight shift
- Taking calls from guests throughout the night, answering questions and being available for customer service
- May occasionally work with our overnight security guard to problem solve in high-stress situations
- Willingness to complete a CPR class and be available to guests in the even of a late night medical emergency
- Ability to follow detailed directions and complete the night audit procedure to expected standards
- Ability to problem-solve and make corrections when applicable
- Ability to be detail-oriented, double check work, and maintain a high standard standard of accuracy in reports and accounts
