HoliTOMoli Holistic Arts Academy Positions
Toddler & PreK Teacher 8 am-4:30 pm 30 min Break willing to stay later when needed is a plus!
Educators and assistants demonstrate:
-Are you nurturing with children/gardening/farming/ and able to be outdoors for extended periods? This may be the job for you!
-A love for learning and working with children & families
-Flexibility & Understanding around scheduling, being a team player and willing to step in where the community needs you when possible
-Strong knowledge & willingness to partake in conducting curriculum is a plus
-We follow the ECECD State Licensing Regulations (no experience necessary)
-All employees have superb attention to cleaning details, we utilize daily checklists with initials and participate in the end of day checklist
-Teachers and assistants are all responsible to connect with parents communication and newsletters. We also host monthly events for our families.
-All details in the contracted agreements need to be met
-All positions are given a 90 trial basis with monthly performance follow ups to set goals to support the expectations of the state licensing and curriculum department. These are at will contracts and can be ended at any time if the employee and director cannot reach the goals necessary to be incompliance of the facilities mandated regulations. After 90 days a contract and insurance is offered.
HoliTOMoli Holistic Arts Academy Employees are required to:
-Educators partake in the process of receiving the 45 hours training online free of charge Progression towards or obtained an AA/BA or certificate is a plus
-willing to partake in team curriculum development and portfolio preparations and display early stages of providing state requirements
-must be able to pass a check
HoliTOMoli Holistic Arts Academy is looking for Employees who enjoy:
-assisting with curriculum implementation Including art, emotional development, yoga,music,theatre and more. Feel free to bring your gifts to the classroom! We are looking for a diverse group of educators
-We service children ages 1-5, We invite our families to not only enroll their child for an education, but to also partake in our community.
-If needed, we offer part time hours for summer and work with college students schedules
-Every team member is willing to assists with diapers and mealtimes

Nanny Position
Do you want a part time position? I am looking for a flexible nanny with a car to help with my 5 year old. This would be a few day a week after school hours until May.
Starting May 1st the hours would be 7:30 am-8:30 am and 3pm-5 pm Monday through Friday. There is opportunities for more hours if requested. The pay would be dependent on degree and experience. If you are interested please contact Margo Moriarty at 551-795-0311
