Investing members are the total ownership of the restaurant. The membership will purchase and operate this restaurant together as a :

Investment amounts are in the range of $2,000 to $8,000. However, larger or smaller amounts may be accepted.
The % of ownership will determine a members % of profit to be distributed.
Of course, working members will be compensated for their work in the restaurant as is normal.
Any member desiring to leave the restaurant may offer for sale their % of ownership to someone desiring to join the business team.
The value of a members % of ownership will be guided by generally accepted business practices and principles.
In this manner, members working together, diligently, to maintain or to increase the profit and the value of the restaurant will maintain or increase the value of their own % of ownership
All financial records and transcations are 100% transparent to the membership
There is a written detailed and very fair plan showing how ALL money is earned and distributed
