What will I do? Each person on the team is key to the operations of the business. As a part of our team members, you will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. You will help out with delivery. And the icing on the cake is, this is your opportunity to make a difference in our community. In this position, the hard-working and friendly team member will provide some assistance to the management team.

Overall Work Schedule

6:30 am the earliest start time

Daytime hours only

Extra hours during holidays and peak periods

Your success on the bakery team will be brought by your positive attitude and mindset, your willingness to follow directions, and your interest in learning about the craft of baking loaves of bread, cookies, and pastries. This is an hourly, part-time position. In this position, the team member will be expected to work an average of 30 hours/week and 4 days/week. The team member will both play the role of baker and cashier and s/he will primarily provide some assistance with food-related tasks. We look to hire for personality and train on skills where needed.
