Market Steer Steakhouse is looking for a friendly, hardworking restaurant professional to join our team!
Ideal candidates possess:
1-3 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, management experience preferred.
A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
A professional and polished approach to leadership.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled with OpenTable and Toast POS, a plus
What you'll do:
-Greet and interact with guests to ensure a great dining experience.
-Manage and oversee front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, back servers).
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
-Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
-Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
-Monitor inventory and supplies.
-Help manage cash, sales, and daily reports.
-Assist with events and reservations.
