Market Steer Steakhouse is looking for a part time Bartender to join our team!
Bartenders, as part of a team or when working alone and under the direction of the food and beverage managers, are required to work in a collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
Have an advanced understanding of wine, beer, and cocktails
Beverage knowledge is kept current as menus evolve
Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
Ability to multitask between the cycles of service of those at the bar, and producing the beverages needed in other areas of the restaurant.
Has a desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years of experience in the hospitality industry
