Dr Field Goods Butcher Shop is looking for a full- time, or part-time, butcher shop clerk.
MUST WORK SATURDAYS. Available full-time schedule is Tues- Sat 8-5.
Pay based on level of experience.
Experience in any of the following is required: Meat Cutting, Butchery, Restaurant/ Food Prep, Deli/ Grocery.
Excellent customer service skills are required. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Dr Field Goods is an award-winning restaurant operated by chef Josh Gerwin. It started as a food-truck, that then became a brick-and-mortar restaurant doing its own butchery and charcuterie and has been featured on Food Network’s Diners Drive-ins and Dives. They now have three locations, and a butcher shop attached to the flagship location in De Vargas Mall, in Santa Fe.
