CSR – Barton’s Bloom Boutique (Santa Fe, NM)
Barton’s Bloom Boutique is a top florist in Santa Fe, offering retail, event, and delivery services. We specialize in custom floral arrangements and handpicked, responsibly-sourced gifts, often using local products. Our team is collaborative, and everyone pitches in to keep operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Sales Associate who’s passionate about great customer service and flowers. This role is all about creating a welcoming experience—from the first phone call to the final arrangement delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and help them choose flowers and gifts
-Answer calls/emails and take orders accurately
-Coordinate with designers and delivery staff
-Manage the shop’s look and organization
-Learn and assist with floral arrangements
-Maintain clean, appealing displays
-Track inventory and restock supplies
-Handle transactions and customer records
-Help with basic cleaning and flower prep
What We’re Looking For:
-Customer service experience (floral/retail a plus)
-Warm, helpful personality and good communication skills
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
-Comfortable with POS systems, email, Google Workspace, etc.
Working Conditions:
-Busy shop with exposure to flowers, scents, and changing temperatures
-Flexible hours including weekends and holidays
-Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
-30-day trial period with feedback provided
