Summary of Position
Professionally clean the Commons building, Plazas, Administration offices, Health Club, and Restaurant as outlined in Essential Duties; Ensure the highest standards are met or exceeded within Quail Run Association Guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience in the Housekeeping or Hospitality field
Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures
Essential Duties
Cleaning of homes and Property Management units (i.e. vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms, laundry, sweeping floors and portals, restocking amenities, properly disposing of trash, and other general housekeeping techniques)
Cleaning of the Commons and Plaza wing buildings (i.e. vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing, properly disposing of ashes, and other basic cleaning techniques)
Cleaning of Restaurant area (i.e. vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing, moving tables and chairs, and other basic cleaning techniques)
Floor restoration (i.e. operating the carpet shampoo machine, floor scrubber, and tile restoration machinery)
Floor maintenance (i.e. removing stains, spots, and dirt; cleaning baseboards)
Cover and assist Health Club, Recreation, F&B laundry, and/or Spa Laundry as needed
Support all Quail Run Company Policies and Procedures; Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to
May be required to work nights, weekends, or overtime in order to accomplish job assignments, as determined by the Housekeeping Manager
Perform housekeeping duties as required
Immediately notify the Supervisor of any problem areas and/or potential areas that need to be addressed (i.e. Inventory and housekeeping needs, Homeowner complaints or compliments, etc.)
Exhibit top-notch professionalism, courteousness, and service-oriented manner in all contacts and communications with Homeowners, Members, Tenants, and Guests
