Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership in hospitality with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Proven track record of job stability and progressive increases in areas of responsibility. Should have knowledge of Open Table, POS system.
Responsibilities include
Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant
Assist general manager with private functions
Manage the reservations and shift team
Maintain ambiance of restaurant - lighting, music, cleanliness
Pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints
