Server Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years working in a fine dining or similar type of full-service restaurant
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
Valid NM Alcohol Server Permit
Must be able to work Wednesday – Sunday
No prescheduled extended vacations in the next three months
Reliable transportation
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Compensation is $5.00 Per hour + Tips
