HOSTESS
The hostess is responsible for the care and welcoming of guests while in our dining room.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Setting up the tables and making drinks
Helping with serving when asked
Helping to remove food and plates from the dining area
Helping to put food away
Maintaining the coffee bar, stocking of cups, teas, coffee and condiments
Maintaining the presentative appearance of the dining room and arranging flowers
Sweeping the dining room floor when needed
Assisting the cooks by letting them know of any special needs of the guests

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher is responsible for washing, drying and putting away all dishes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Sweeping and mopping the kitchen, dining room and pantry floors
Emptying the garbage
Helping stock and unload groceries
Being responsive to the needs of the cooks
