We are looking for aspiring bartenders, Cocktail servers, and waiters that are all aspiring to bartend to apply. This position is Hybridized by activating the roles of food runner, Bar back, and waitstaff into one smooth sailing ship hellbent on backing these bartenders up completely! Though the space may be tiny, our Bar stands mighty and we carry on without missing a beat. Do you feel you can work closely with The director of Operations and Bar director to establish a clean and crisp bar? How about working alone, and with others, to create an experience unlike something Santa Fe has not seen in years? We have space for you to grow with us here in our garden on high. We will be serving a small menu into the night with service, including food, happening 5pm - Midnight. Late hours in a lazy town, light & lovely fare, elegant and exciting bar service!
