La Fonda is looking for experienced bartenders and servers for the Bell Tower, and our restaurant operations. We require a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, high volume hotel, or restaurant, where hospitality, and service is paramount! We are also looking for experienced AM servers, and bussers, as well as two PM servers for our restaurant, La Plazuela. We are seeking team members who have an elevated knowledge of food, cocktails, and wine. An authentic talent for "salesmanship" is required. All positions demand a genuine desire to curate extraordinary experiences for our guests, and the aspiration to join a long standing team, in an upbeat, busy hotel environment.
