Palace Prime is a fine dining restaurant located Downtown Santa Fe that focusses on prime steaks, seasonal seafood and fresh pasta.
We are looking for experienced hot line cooks to join our back of house team. 30 - 35 hours per week | $18/hour starting wage (may increase based on experience) | eligibility for health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days | schedule: 4 days a week, Thursday - Sunday, 2-3 pm in time (can be discussed).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Must be able to work Sundays
Must be 18 years of age
Prior experience in related food service positions required, ie. hot line cook
Moderate reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan
and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment
Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills
