We have been a chef-owned and operated restaurant for 20+ years. We are an award-winning Santa Fe institution, an integral part of the city’s history, and a cornerstone of the community. We place great importance on the use of regional ingredients through local sourcing making our menu truly farm to table. We are looking for full-time Lunch Hot Line and Pantry Cooks who have the right skills and are passionate about the food they produce to join our culinary team.
The positions require a candidate who will bring with them a driven work ethic and developed cooking skills. The right candidates will join our dynamic lunch team and prepare Compound classic signature dishes. Compensation based on experience and is extremely competitive. Apply in person 10-12 or after 2pm.
