Investment amounts are in the range of $2,000 to $8,000. However, larger or smaller amounts may be accepted.
The % of ownership will determine a members % of profit to be distributed.
Of course, working members are paid for their work in the restaurant, too.
Any member desiring to leave the restaurant may offer for sale their % of ownership to someone desiring to join the business team.
The value of a members % of ownership will be guided by generally accepted business practices.
In this manner, members working together, diligently, to increase the profit and the value of the restaurant, will increase the value of their own % of ownership
There is a written detailed and very fair plan showing how ALL money is earned and distributed
