As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist / OpenTable Optimizer. This role is essential to ensuring that our guests have a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they make a reservation to the time they leave our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Management: Handle incoming phone calls with a goal of answering 90-95% of them promptly, and efficiently manage voicemail callbacks.
2. Reservation Optimization: Use OpenTable to strategically manage reservations, aiming to maximize seating capacity throughout the day, including peak and off-peak hours. The goal is to achieve 2.5 full turnovers per dinner shift and increase overall turnovers by 5-10% from the previous year.
3. Guest Coordination: Work closely with the hosting team to arrange seating, accommodate VIP guests, address guest allergies, and manage group preferences.
4. Personalized Service: Manage table locking system for VIPs and regular customers to enhance the guest experience.
5. Daily Operations: Assist with micro tasks to optimize productivity during quieter periods, restock menus daily, and ensure a proactive approach to achieving high seating levels.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $21/hr

Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
