Job Title: PM Lobby Attendant (3 p.m. – 10 p.m.)

Supervisor: Executive Housekeeper
JOB SUMMARY
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and providing customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner.
JOB DUTIES
1. Lobby attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel.
2. Dust and clean the common lobby areas and neatly arranging light furniture to make the lobby area more accommodating
3. Sweep the lobby and its surrounding areas making sure it is maintained up to cleanliness standards at all times.
4. Sweep and maintain exterior property clean.
5. Clean and stock the lobby and restaurant bathrooms.
6. Assist front desk agent as needed
7. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Physical Requirements
1. Required to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
2. Constant walking, standing, stooping, and climbing of stairs.
3. Required to work both inside and out in a noisy environment.
Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills and Abilities
1. Good eyesight and attention to details essential.
2. Knowledge of cleaning materials and proper use required.
3. Ability to speak and understand Spanish desirable.
4. Good overall knowledge of housekeeping duties required.
